Using the account I realized that in Home Banking many important functions are missing comparing other online banks. After some problems of transferring money, blocking of transfers etc. and interfacing with the operators, I had the confirmation of what I suspected and that is the lack of professionalism and inexistence of customer service, even seeing me close the phone in the face by the operators or not responding to the Mail or Chat. One day I see a mail arrive where they tell me that the bill was closed and I have 10 days to clear the bill. Naturally, asking for explanations, I received no answer. A great CLOWN! Stay away!
